Please take the time to fill out the form below.  If you don't put your address and email address in, you are not helping us out.  We need this information for mailings, etc.  The only ones that will see the address and email address will be the people organizing the reunion.  The private information will not be displayed on the site, only a link to your email (also not visible as your actual address) will be provided on the site if you choose that option.  This puts everything into a nice list for our mailings and makes our lives doing the mailings much easier. 
Thanks for your time with this.  Also, we really need you to fill out your information on the "Mailing Info" page as well, even though it seems redundant.  The information is processed differently on the different pages.  Thanks for your help with this.
